"I had a dream in 1993. It needed an engine to be complete. The dream sat on hold so I could work on my career, family, kids education and now plans for retirement in just a few years (hopefully). I found Jere, decided now the time was right. He built me a new 1500 performance engine for my 1979 Triumph Spitfire. It's a beautiful gem. Still a few steps to go before I'm cruising on Saturdays but thanks to Jere and his straight forward, consultative process, I now have that new motor. The car already looks faster just waiting for the final surgery to bring it back to life. Thanks Jere!"

"This has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've got my car back! It sat for roughly 2 and a half years in the driveway, snow, rain, sunshine. Day and night come to pass hundreds of times; not once did the car get to change location in that time. Jere was honest and fair, didn't give the run around nor try to pull the wool over my eyes. He's built me a nice running hopefully long lasting engine. I've never been more thrilled with my car's situation. JMAC, thank you. Now it's onto those pesky Lucas Electrics that never fail to well fail haha."

"I entered into this engine swap quite uncertainly. It was either buy a rebuilt engine or do it myself and that 2nd option just didn't appeal to me. So I took a big gulp and bought this rebuilt engine from Jere. Sometimes things just work out and this was one of those times. Jere put the engine in for me and let me help. I learned tons. And then we just lit it up, as easy as that. The more I drive it now, the better I like it. So this is how a good Spitfire engine is really supposed to work. Needless to say, I am a big fan of Jere's now!"

I found his prices to be very reasonable and a honest man. If I ever need another motor built I know where to go. I have also contacted him for general MG questions and he has always been willing to help.

"I picked up a 1976 triumph spitfire a year and a half ago. Needless to say the car needed a lot of work. The old engine was tired, the local British classic car shop wanted over triple Jere’s price for a rebuilt 1500cc engine. Luckily my father found information leading to JMAC. I called Jere and after speaking to him quickly got the process of having him rebuild me an engine going. I was very happy to have not only a rebuilt engine for my new project but a engine built better than originally designed. A year later after following Jere’s very detailed and helpful break in instructions the engine runs phenomenally. Even though I drive it like I stole it, 5500k-6000k shifts, when it time for oil changes the oil isn’t even dirty. Driving a old car around I worry a lot of things breaking, the engine is not on my mind thanks to Jere. I trust him, will use him again for other projects and highly recommended him!!
